For a full refund, you may return any item still in print in its original condition within 45 days of receipt. Please note that any shrink-wrapped items that have been opened or items that are otherwise marked are considered damaged and may not be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will receive a return authorization document and additional instructions within 1-2 business days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must receive prior authorization–if you return items without first contacting us, we regret that we will be unable to provide a refund or credit, as an authorization number is necessary for every package received in order to be processed by our distributor.
If you've received damaged items or something is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Include your name and order number, as well as which title(s) are missing or damaged, and we will be happy to replace them promptly.
